Should have known by the price! Laptop is slow and barely works. Missed our return window in the Holiday season rush. Don’t waste your money! Cute color and good size!

I recently picked up the HP 14” Laptop in Snowflake White, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well it handles my daily tasks. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly laptop for browsing, streaming, checking email, or working on documents, this one definitely gets the job done.
Design:
The Snowflake White finish gives it a clean, modern look that feels more premium than you’d expect in this price range. It’s lightweight and slim, making it easy to carry around — perfect for students or anyone on the go.
Performance:
While it runs on an Intel Celeron processor with 4GB RAM, it’s more than capable of handling light computing tasks. It boots up quickly and runs smoothly when using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, or browsing with a few tabs open. Just don’t expect it to handle demanding applications like video editing or heavy gaming.
Storage:
The 64GB eMMC storage is limited, but if you mainly use cloud storage (like Google Drive or OneDrive), it’s manageable. You can always add external storage or an SD card for more space.
Battery Life:
Battery life is decent — I get about 6 to 8 hours depending on how I’m using it, which is more than enough for a day of casual use or school work.
Display & Audio:
The 14” screen is bright and clear for watching videos and browsing, and the audio is good enough for calls and streaming.
Final Thoughts:
This HP laptop is a great value for anyone needing a reliable, basic computer for everyday use. It’s not a powerhouse, but for the price, it delivers exactly what it promises. Great for students, seniors, or as a secondary laptop.

I was very excited when I receive the laptop from the mail It came in pretty good condition no scratches no marks on it. I’m still learning how to use it

I have had difficulty choosing between a Chromebook and an entry level Windows Laptop. Chromebooks typically work quite well, but they feel limited in functionality as they are designed around the Google programs. This HP Windows PC is less restricted [than a Chromebook], but often feels prohibitively slow.
I ordered the computer for my 10-year-old son to use mainly for school - and also for a bit of entertainment. For an entry level PC, the laptop is decent - but does leave a lot to be desired. After installing a whole slew of updates, the speed of the computer did improve, but it can still feel frustratingly slow fairly often. Opening systems & programs take so long to open that the user begins to doubt if the request has even registered. My son is convinced that his school Chromebook is noticeably faster at opening web pages and programs. It is slow enough that I genuinely worry that he will avoid using it.
While I like that the lid has a webcam built in, I do not like that there is no camera cover. I also do not like that the laptop only has about 15 gigs of free hard drive space. Thankfully there is an SD card slot, but this means more money will be spent to ensure he has enough storage to save documents, projects, pictures, etc.
Seasaw does function for his schoolwork, and he is technically able to play Roblox - although it does not run consistently smooth. Even light games like Candy Crush lag at times. I am still torn when comparing with a Chromebook. I still like having the open availability of Windows and I do like that it comes with a dedicated CoPilot A.I. button, but I wish the computer would run more smoothly. If you choose a Windows Laptop over a Chromebook, save up for as much computer you can afford. This HP works and will get you through most tasks, but you'll have to be patient through lag and slow load times.
Pros:
+ SD Card Slot
+ Dedicated CoPilot button (A.I. chat)
+ Pin Hole Microphone does a fantastic job at capturing quality audio
+ Lid features a small tab to assist with opening
+ Light weight
+ Some nice stylish details such as the subtle design around the keyboard & trackpad
Cons:
- No camera cover
- No fingerprint reader
- Keyboard is not backlit
- Keyboard feels spongey and cheap
- Only comes with about 15 gigs of usable hard drive space
- Does not charge with USB-C
- Extremely limited graphics capabilities

The Laptop was great when I first received it then the screen started to go blank and freeze at times. The battery life lasts a while & the screen quality is great.

This laptop is perfect and amazing for the price of $180. I got the rose gold color and it is even more beautiful in person. The display is amazing, the keyboard is very light and smooth to type on, it is an extremely fast laptop. I have no complaints.
I added photos of the rose gold laptop in a lit room and outside

I am very unsatisfied with the fact that I purchased this device, only had 14 days to return if their were any issues and of course 14 days passed and the device just completely stopped powering on for me. I am under the impression that this device was damaged prior to my purchase.
