This little laptop is just perfect for the light use I wanted it for. Basic internet searching, e-mail, and running my Cricut Design Space App. I can even stream movies no problem. There isn't much room on the hard drive so I purchased an inexpensive sd card and use that as my storage.

Very slow computer. Screen no too clear and is not bright.

Its ok It gets the job done for my college classes.

The laptop is great for general use as in checking emails surfing the web etc.

Was sent a USED computer, it wouldnt sign onto wifi so on step 3 of set up it never got any further. Sent computer back the day i got it and STILL havent received a full refund. Never buying thru any other place online like this again. I thought i was buying from best buy not some person. Very unhappy this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Works well with just 4gb of RAM. Good purchase for a basic laptop.

It was good speed but i couldn’t download any files online that i need for college

I was looking for an entry level pc for my daughter and I let her select a laptop. She selected this one because it's size was similar to her chromebook and she didn't want a touch screen. Unfortunately, this laptop has a celeron processor that does work properly when it heats up. It will freeze up the task bar, disable the functionality of some of the buttons. Worst thing, it may not allow you to sign into your account. We have best buy's total care, we took it to their Geek Squad twice, the issues persisted, and their final word was it's a low-grade computer and processor, so you should expect these kinds of problems.

Amazing customer Service very fast and understanding

So I end up returning this laptop only because it was not supporting what I needed. I was told this laptop is great for students. I’m not for the software that I need it, so I love the laptop just need something that supported a little bit more.

Runs slow and resets on its own during use under a hour

I opened this computer and takes forever to charge. I’m actually in the process of packing the back up to return it.

Not sure if it was on Best Buy’s part or HP but less than a month after purchasing, the screen just completely went black, then it never turned on again. I took it to two places to get it fixed. The first said the motherboard was fried and the second said it would be $300 to replace the motherboard because there was corrosion. I refused to pay $300 to fix a $200 laptop so I ended up buying a new one from a different brand. Unfortunately Best Buy has a very short return period, so I’m stuck with this computer carcass.

Just wish the keys lit up, other than that this is great to do the basics.

My son loves it, easy to set up and navigate through.
