I purchased this computer for work. It’s easy to put in my bag and go. It does lag if you have to many windows open. Ex: I was on a zoom meeting and had PowerPoints up and it started to lag. Other then that no problems. I’m purchasing another for my sister for school.

At first it was pretty slow but got better over time

I bought this laptop for my mom because her old one was basically on life support and couldn't be turned on without being plugged into the charger. She loves this computer, especially that I got it in her favorite color.

I bought a laptop that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I was told the policy is only 15 days. Most stores allow 30, so I assumed that was standard—especially since I was traveling. The customer service rep was very rude, kept interrupting me, and blamed me for not returning it sooner. No help, no flexibility—just attitude. This is exactly how companies start to lose trust and relevance. I’ll be sharing this experience on other customer feedback sites and social media platforms if it’s not addressed.

This is a really good laptop to purchase for college freshman. I had to return in though because I got the wrong amount of storage but repurchased one with more and I have to say so it’s been great. It runs really smooth with all of my apps I use for school

This is a great basic computer...it does not have a big hard drive, so software applications are limited, but for the basic person who access the internet, e-mail, MS Office, it is great. You will need a thumb drive to store data or use the Cloud, but it is all I need.

It works, but is extremely slow. It comes with so much pre-installed bloatware. Would not recommend if you want to do things quickly. It's good for Microsoft Office/household management, but not much else.

Bought this labtop for school purposes and it was perfect for getting me thru the courses. Very reliable.

When coming in the store I got help as soon as possible which was a great for my first time buying in Best Buy.My review over this computer is sufficiently great, it works good. Overall the internet is a bit slow but works great!

Has a bit of a lag so don't try to do too much! However, it works really well for the purposes intended. Good for a starter laptop, student, and small businesses (so long as they don't have a lot of programs running at the same time).

I love my HP Indigo Blue laptop. It is perfectly conveniently lite, and easy on the fingertips. The screen has the perfect shape and size along with high-definition illustrations. The price aligned with my budget. I wouldn't trade her for the world... Thank you Best Buy

This product did not work for me. I had a hard time setting it up and it kept blanking out on me. The screen would go out. I just had to returned it and I traded it in for a different laptop. Which works fine for me. The price was okay. I like the color.

Not a fan of this computer, I heard it was fast and if people think this laptop is fast I would assume they have not used a computer in 30 years. It takes an hour just to get into a setting or for any webpage to load. I ended up buying a MacBook!

Great computer, durable and lasted a good while. Actually still being used and I have had it over 2 years!
