They shouldn’t sell windows computers with these specs. It gets overloaded just by opening settings. DONT BUY. I had to install a light linux distro for it to even be usable.

I made this open box purchase online. Picked it up in store. Made it home 60miles away and the computer was not reset. I took it back to be reset at another location. I was told it couldn’t be reset. So I left and took it back the next day to get a refund, the manager then said “this can be reset, who told you it couldn’t” so I waited 4 hours for the reset. Made it home and tried to connect to WiFi, well the WiFi hardware has been completely removed from this laptop. I just did. Refund online and I’m in the process of driving 60miles to return.

GREAT FOR STUDENTS! I needed a new laptop mainly for school work. This works amazingly. It’s not slow at all. And comes with a free Microsoft 360. I love the color as well

It is a good machine for the price you pay, the only defect it has is that the screen hurts your eyesight, which is why I returned it.

Great computer for my son. Wanted something similar to a Chromebook for school that allows him to focus and not get distracted and we’ve found just that in this computer.

It’s worth it not expensive as the other laptops great for college or around the house.

I just got this laptop today and it is already freezing and taking 5 minutes to even open an app. I knew a cheap computer would have glitches, but this is unbelievably bad. Seriously considering returning it as I don’t think it is usable at this speed. Maybe I just got a dud, but I am not impressed. Yikes.

Do not get this if you are trying to use it for school!! I bought this for my kid to use for kindergarten online but it is super slow, screen is constantly zoomed in and is hard to get it zoomed out. When my son tries to join his live online classes it makes it choppy or we cant hear any audio. It also is super slow.

Cheap and reliable. Great for college. They didn’t try to sell me something that wouldn’t work for what I needed. Didn’t try to over sell me either.

It's worth the money for a cheaper school laptop. I'm using it for ceu classes. I also search the web on it, e-mail ect. It is good for those purposes.

I love the laptop. The only thing is I feel like it updates everyday. But it’s a great buy. I love it and the price made it even better.

It’s ok it blacks out when there’s too much going on, it’s slow, and a lot of things don’t work like downloading files that aren’t in the store.
