    Horrible thing was so lagged and slow I couldn't obtain internet to load or even do windows settings. I would never accept this thing even free is how bad it was. The mouse lagged just from the touch pad moving around. Control alt delete pulling up the task bar got the (not responding)

    HORRIBLE! Do not buy this laptop. It was moving soooo slow when I first got it. It is so dim with the brightness all the way up! Now it takes me at least 3 minutes of holding the power button just for it to come on even if I didn’t shut it down. 0/10 DO NOT recommend

    Easy to set up, fairly easy to navigate; I'm an inexperienced laptop user and I figured out how to use it for the few things I needed it for. I'm not a student or computer gamer, so I can't say anything about that. But it hooks to my wifi easily and I can pay my online bills with it, so I'm happy!

    Not a bad laptop. I just expected a bit more. It would work great if it’s just for schooling/research. I played Sims 4 exclusively on it, and it worked great for a few weeks. After a few weeks, the game stopped working entirely on the laptop.
