I just got this laptop today and it is already freezing and taking 5 minutes to even open an app. I knew a cheap computer would have glitches, but this is unbelievably bad. Seriously considering returning it as I don’t think it is usable at this speed. Maybe I just got a dud, but I am not impressed. Yikes.

It’s worth it not expensive as the other laptops great for college or around the house.

Cheap and reliable. Great for college. They didn’t try to sell me something that wouldn’t work for what I needed. Didn’t try to over sell me either.

It's worth the money for a cheaper school laptop. I'm using it for ceu classes. I also search the web on it, e-mail ect. It is good for those purposes.

Did not come with a charger!! No where on this listing did it say charger not included. One would assume if you are buying a laptop a charger would be included.

I love the laptop. The only thing is I feel like it updates everyday. But it’s a great buy. I love it and the price made it even better.

It’s ok it blacks out when there’s too much going on, it’s slow, and a lot of things don’t work like downloading files that aren’t in the store.

Great Purchase. It was an open box item but in PERFECT condition and came with a 1 year subscription for Microsoft Office

This is a wonderful laptop for a budget, perfect for taking anywhere. Smaller than anticipated screen size for me but nonetheless great.

This may as well be a Chromebook, not a windows computer. Not enough space to to anything but basic internet browsing.

Bought graduation gift for nephew. The blue laptop looks so good. He loved it. My boyfriend bought my the snowflake white one and I love it. So I knew this was a great buy for him since he is starting college. It was easy to zoom call easy, check emails, do my taxes, do my school work and print all my stuff.

I'm not happy with this laptop at all. It runs so slow and freezes each time I've logged on. I guess for the price what can I expect. I want to toss it already because I can't return it...very disappointing. I just wanted it for the basics like browsing and paying some bills online, can't even do that. I should have read the negative reviews before purchasing.
