Bought this for my nephew's birthday and it has given him problems to load the page since day one. Unfortunately because of work i hadn't been a le yo return it and now its too late. It sucks, dont buy.

This is probably the worst purchase I have ever made. It absolutely will not load anything when searching the internet. Worst part is they only give you 14 days to return if you are not satisfied. Not happy at all.

I hate to say anything negative because I love HP products and bought and enjoyed several laptops through the years. But this model was a major disappointment. Its slower than molasses.

Works pretty well except for a few glitches here and there

Did what it was supposed to do, but stopped working after a year. Won’t charge and warranty expired.

Good computer, but caps lock randomly turns on by itself

Purchased on a “Deal of the Day” therefore good for the price

I bought this laptop not even a month ago. I haven’t been able to use it because it’s so slow. Anything you click into takes forever then never loads. Waste of money.

The computer doesn’t turn on all the time. I have to change the code to get into it at least once a week. The internet is always in not responding mode. I think a new computer would have been a better choice but I needed one just to get me by.

This laptop was an excellent price and was easy to set up. The screen is a great size for Zoom classes! It was such a great deal that I purchased another one.

The hard drive is not large enough as well as Microsoft cloud storage is not as well. The OS is a cross over between Windows 10 & Windows 11 on an Android platform! I don’t like it

I ordered it through pickup and it was no problems. Ideal laptop for college student. Slim and not heavy. Beautiful color too. Only problem is if your looking for more space than given, you would have to purchase space.

I thought I ordered a touch screen. The open box stated it was in excellent condition, but it had a dent in it and the computer wasn’t sweep. Someone else email kept coming up.. No I was not pleased with the purchase.

Super slow, I’ve used it twice for no more than 10 mins each & it died when I tried to turn it on the third time. Now I know why it has such a s return window. Might as well had bought a $800 computer.

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPTOP ITS SO SLOW IT BELONGS IN THE 90s AND WONT LET YOU DOWNLOAD ANY BROWSER BESIDES MICROSOFT EDGE - THE TIME DOESNT EVEN AUTO SYNCH. I REPEAT, WASTE OF MONEY

Great product works great for what I needed good battery life

This laptop worked for less than 48 hours. Extremely slow and glitchy. I couldn’t even turn it off. Disappointing but for the price, I shouldn’t be surprised.
