It’s seems like a good laptop but it’s a little slow but overall you pay for what you get. It does it’s basic function

The laptop felt cheap, flimsy and slow. We looked at cheap ones and this was not even worth the cheap price

The price was alright but I can't believe how slow it is

Out of the box, this computer runs like the memory is full. It is slow and download are only allowable through microsoft; outside downloads are blocked. You cannot change app permissions, nor use an outside antivirus. I bought this for my preschooler - to download homeschool apps, and I wasted money because after I took it out of the box, I let it sit for 3 weeks until it was time to begin... the return period was already expired by this time! The return timing is a money trap! Don't buy this unless you only intend to do that absolute bottom line basics.

I was looking for a school laptop for my assignments. Started slow with setting up everything then it started getting to the speed I needed and in good condition. Affordable too.

For what I needed it for works good. Does the job.

I absolutely love my laptop. In perfect condition for a refurb. system. Everything was clean, the software was installed properly and is a great additional to my craft business.

Its ok. I got this for my kids for Christmas to watch videos on YouTube and use for basic school. We have only had it a couple weeks but it freezes up a lot just on YouTube. It would be better to buy the next step up.

Its okay for the price. Good for small business handling, can't have to many open pages at once with this one. But if you looking for good price and value for the price this is it. Love the color pairs well with my bluetooth mouse. No complaints so far

Good basic laptop for everyday functions. Could use a larger hard drive.

I purchased this for my teenage daughter. She wore out her last laptop and this one is a very stout product. Great screen colors and responsiveness. I couldn't be more happy. Especially for the price!

Doesn’t do what I need for school. I have to return or exchange.

Bought this to use at work and its even slower than my parents HP Pavillon from 2011. Even for a budget/entry level laptop this thing is ridiculously slow. I also have a Dell latitude d610 (from 2005!) that out performs this in certain situations.

I’ve had this for not even a year and used it only a hand full of times for word documents. It’s never been off my desk, and very well treated. Went to use it after a few months of it not being used and it won’t load anything. It takes about 2 minutes for the internet to open. I understand the specs, but when I first got it, it was fine for what I need it for. Now after barely using it, it doesn’t work.

Absolutely love it. Works great after all this time. Very reliable

They got 4 GB of ram mixed up with memory, it does not run very well at all. It's what you get for the price but a bit less.
