Bought this computer for my nephew. Perfect for his school and good for mild gaming. Does what it needs to do. My nephew does not complain at all! He really is happy and enjoys this computer very much! 2 thumbs up!

I love my home laptop can convert to tablet decent battery life

A good computer to get casual activities done and it gets its job done. It could definitely be a bit slow at times and it's a bit frustrating but other than that I love this computer as it's light and can run all the applications I need it too.

I needed an inexpensive laptop for home. I just needed something for emails, social media and that sort of thing and this laptop is just right.

I bought this item to use with my projector to watch movies. This hp 14" laptop meets those needs. It is also lightweight so I can transport it easily.

I bought this for online classes and its perfect! Beautiful rose gold color, perfect size, runs really well. I recommend this for any student or to anyone who doesnt need a beefy laptop :)

This overall laptop itself looks good but lacks everything the more expensive models have. I recently broke my laptop I have had since 2017 and decided to get this. once I got it and setup it could not load anything with more than 4 pages open. On top of that the mouse button on the laptop got stuck down within 48 hours of owning. Other than those two issues I still believe it is a good computer for kids/teens for schoolwork, as I had no trouble typing a paper. I ended up returning it to get an Acer Chromebook the brand of laptop I owned in the past.

Nice computer working faster for internet and websites

It’s a really slow computer, but I only need it for Microsoft Office. So once it finally fully loads when you turn it on, it does the trick. I would recommend spending a little extra for a better computer though.

Goodmorning, This is a great product for the price. It was a Christmas present for a family member. So thank you Best Buy for making the holidays great.

It worked out perfectly for online school. I am using this in the meantime for school and as soon as a graduate I will buy a better laptop.

This laptop gives you just enough of everything to complete your day to day schedule. it’s very easy to setup

So far I enjoy this laptop I run my own business and it helps me do just that but I’ll update in a month or so and see if I feel the same way

This computer is so sleek and smooth. It is great if your doing regular day to day task. Not a lot of storage for downgliding but it gets the job done/
