It’s okay

It’s not the internet because all the other devices stay connected while the computer says there’s no internet.

Works for a couple weeks

No Dual Band wifi

Unbelievable. So, now I'm waiting for an adapter to be provisioned through Best Buy. NOT a happy camper. This should have carried a warning label. In this day and age, everything should be dual band or carry a warning.

Fast and efficient laptop

It’s usually up and running within 15 seconds from startup. It's light and has great battery life ( about 9-10 hours). The screen clarity is awesome and it’s extremely quiet because it has a SSD and not a HDD. Great computer....Great price!

Waste of time and money

I had to hand it over to the Geek Squad (their customer service is a different story!) and I received the repaired computer after two weeks. I lost all my data, pictures, etc and had to re-install everything as I was switching to a new computer. I don't trust the computer anymore and feels like it is going to crash again. It was a waste of time and money, not to mention the stress and heartbreak!
