I recently purchased this computer and have found it to be incredibly easy to use. I'm retired and it's a big plus to have keys with numbers and letters that are large enough to read. It behaves very smoothly and quickly also!

This is a great budget laptop. The only thing I don't like is the keyboard. The keyboard is terrible, and if you want a good typing experience look elsewhere. I don't use the keyboard, only an external mechanical keyboard, because I use this laptop like a desktop, so I may not be a reliable source for the feel of this keyboard. The screen is fine for being low resolution. If you use an external mouse and keyboard you would have used up all the available USB 3.0 ports. There is a USBC port, but you probably don't have any USBC to USBC ports to plug in a phone or other, so you'll need a dongle to use it. Also, the USBC port does not charge the laptop. Overall, the laptop is great for mild usage. It's light and portable. Viewing angles aren't great, storage is limited, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to use it only for the web.

It is sturdy, but light weight. The person for whom it was purchased is just learning and feels very comfortable with it. This computer is exactly what he needed and Webroot makes us feel secure. I'm so happy with it.

This laptop is a great, affordable computer for school. It isn't the best for photo editing as the colors and resolution aren't that great. But I've been using it for almost a year for school work and it does well for that.

Perfect for everyday usage. It boots in seconds. Whether surfing the net or watching Netflix the laptop performs superbly. Tested 4k video on YouTube and it played it at 60fps with no hitches. Purchased this during the Black Friday sale and couldnt be happier. Not enough to subtract a star, but the speakers could be better. For the entry level price they are fine, just throw on some headphones for media and you'll be fine.

Purchased this during the pre-black Friday sales. I was looking for a laptop because I'm headed to grad school in January. I purchased not knowing it was a 7th generation and only HD resolution. The initial setup via Cortana was very easy. I can tell a difference in the screen resolution however it's still great nonetheless. I prefer anything greater than an i3 Intel core. I wish it came with more memory than the 128gb ssd. With all the software already added, there was only 80gb of memory left. For school, I require 256gb or more. The ssd makes it super fast. It only took 9 seconds to boot up as opposed to another laptop w/a 1tb HD which took 30+ seconds. Missing a few perks of my choice but other than that it's an awesome deal! I'm still contemplating on returning and upgrading for some better specs

I am happy with this purchase, this laptop is so light weight. Initially I was so disappoint with the display, then I adjusted the setting a bit/calibrate the display, now I am extremely happy. The keyboard feels good as well.

Bought this on black friday and cant beat it for the money and utility. this is a great laptop, 8GB RAM, SSD, 14", Light weight. Screen in 720p but its pretty good for the 14" screen.

This computer is working well so far. It is fast and looks nice. I was able to transfer my old computer's data onto this computer with ease. I am happy with it so far, no complaints!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter to use in her classroom. It works for her needs and didn't break my wallet. I've had several HP laptops and never had any problems.

The solid state drive and small size is what sold me on this. The only negative is the processor. Wish it was upgraded. You will not be doing any gaming but for small school or work stuff works just fine.

Bought this for my parents and so far the laptop has been working great! I wish it came with an i5 processor but that solid state hard drive makes up for it.

Specs are comparable to a surface pro but at a fraction of the cost. I prefer notebook format laptops. It boots, loads and multitasks fasts too.
