Great laptop for a teenager. Works and loads well.

The laptops works pretty good for the price I pay.

I have used HP products before and have always had good experiences . This laptop is easy to use , has lit keyboard, and does everything I need it for. (Business letters, email, uploading videos etc). I got a great deal on black Friday and couldn't be happier !!!

Loved it for about 10 hours until our cat knocked over my cola on it and it fried! Didn't buy the protection plan so still have to pay for something I can't use without spending more money to fix!! Just rotten luck but I really did like it while it worked!!

Was having trouble with an older laptop. Bought this one to replace it. My wife is very pleased. It is fast, has plenty of storage and memory for a general use laptop ( one I might add is light enough to use on your lap). Great buy for the price.

I had previously purchased a different brand laptop and hated it and Best Buy was not friendliest w issues I had. I got this HP and love it. It’s super fast and amazing. And I purchased the warranty etc and would def purchase this Hp avain

I purchased this on Black Fri because of the price.$289.00.Except for one of the USB inputs that quit working in a little over a year after I purchased it, I have no problems with it.

Bought this for my wife who is new to operating a PC. She'll be using it to learn the basics and get familiar with navigating the internet. It was easy to set up and so far she's doing pretty well. A good basic machine with decent speed

I have only had the computer a short time. I have one ongoing problem, but don't know whether it is the computer or one of the programs: the cursor keeps jumping around, and I often have to re-type text over and over again. I plan to see the Geek Squad again.

Great computer for the price. I got this to replace an old computer. I’m really happy with it. The touch screen is my favorite feature on this computer. The processing speed is amazing.

Purchased for my in-laws for Christmas. They seem to like it. The keyboard is large and the laptop works fine for what they use it for, mainly, web searching and email. Rated 4 stars because I have not used it myself to give a higher rating.

I got this for my granddaughter in 6th grade. She uses a chrome book at school. For not much more than the cost of a chrome book, I got her a laptop. Perfect size for her. Now she has a laptop for her homework

I haven't been able to get the MS Student Suite loaded, so I can't get my email working. I can't get it to print wirelessly to the new hp printer. Love everything else about it ; )

I just needed something to use while travelling. It's a nice compact size and 8gb of memory is nice. Doesn't have a ton of storage space so would recommend getting an external drive if you intend to have a bunch of files on it.

Quick power on, run smoothly. Don't like some minor problems - may be related to Windows 10: can not uninstall not needed preinstalled programs, such as some games, also can't access my flash drive running U3 launch pad.

Great entry level laptop. Processor speed is good and fast. Solid state memory seems to be a good option for child who can be rough on electronics. Great value on sale during Black Friday sale.

I got this laptop for my dad on sale. It works better than some chromebook I had owned. This is perfect for someone is not serious about using the laptop, but you can do whatever you want on it.

I haven’t had much time to play with my laptop yet. Set up was easy and quick and the few things I have used it for were simple to navigate. Looking forward to post holiday work on my new HP.
