    I had a difficult time getting my laptop setup and was so fustrated after aeveral attempts to tears the tech said that we needed to just set aside till the morning and she would call me back and we get it worked out. She is awesome and as promised called on time and got it up and running thank you.

    in my rush to get this deal I failed to see that the key board did not come with a back lit feature. bad on me as I assumed that all lap tops now days come with this feature. not sure if the pressure pad is a little not responsive or i might be pressing in the wrong place. so far so good.
