It is okay. It is light and looks good. But it is slow and does not have enough slots for USB drives.

I am a Dell person but I switched after talking with friends. I like the HP. On and off switch is in the keyboard. So far all is well with Windows 11.

Fast little computer that is quick for simple tasks

I bought this laptop for personal use and play games. Overall good experience. Camera quality can be better.

I worked with the Geek squad on my old computer that had died on me. It was determined not worth fixing. Told them what I needed out of a computer, and they fixed me up with my new one.

This is a good laptop for what i need. I have plenty of memory for saving photos, using the software that is on it and searching ancestry.

Only rated 4 stars right now because I haven't used laptop a lot. I am confident it will be 5 stars just because it's an HP product, which I have used for years with no problems.

USB-C port on this HP laptop model doesn't work fully by design strangely, It does not support common devices such as a docking station for extended monitors, charging, etc. I bought one for home use and found out the problem months later and now am stuck with the product. HP simply would not provide a solution to it except a new purchase. HP gains almost nothing by doing that since hardware cost difference is so insignifcant these days, maybe, only wants to trap an unsupected customer. I bouhgt so many laptops past over 30 years of IT life and nenever saw a laptop cutting off basic features in this cheap way. Very disappointed!

very good laptop for everyday using. sound and graphics are very good for watching movies.

I bought it as a birthday present for my sister and she loves it, touch screen is very helpful and a great buy.

I am loving my new laptop! The only thing I love more is how easy it was to pick it up.

This laptop is good only for basic functionalities. I bought it for my dad who uses it for entertainment and a bit of MS office work.. nothing major he uses it.Hence it is not a bad deal for what it offers..

It is worth to buy it. Quality is good. Great for school work and professional stuff.
