Worst online purchase experience ever!!! Will never shop again!!!! Took more than three weeks for them to cancel the order while I have been told it’s on its way all along.

could not boot up, I returned it next day. your Geek-Squad guys are not doing their job well.

An utter disappoint. Because it has Windows preintalled it limits your ability to download other browsers. The speakers are horrible. Will be looking to trade this in for another model without Windows

Bad online customer service. You will not get help. You will get wrong answer. You will going to return.

My laptop stopped working after 3 weeks. I had to return it and get a new one.

I won't buy it again, it speed up just using google chrome, the worst purchase.

This is not open box excellent. It has a visible one marks on the laptop and Best Buy did not even care to clear this.

I am a senior citizen who has used a Win10 desktop computer since ca. 2012 for mainly investments, music notation, and emails. Last year (2024) both Win10 and my key music notation app announced end of support in 2025. The path for future reliable support for the music app required an upgrade to Win11. My desktop could not be upgraded to Win11, so a new computer was needed. As a user with no knowledge of current technology, I asked friends and others, including the Geek Squad, about what computer to buy. The advice favored replacing my desktop with a laptop, and using a docking station to keep access to my desktop peripheral equipment. For my apps, the Geeks suggested either an i5 or i7 processor. My key app needs 16 gigabytes of RAM, so this information narrowed my choices to brand and price. I picked an HP i7 model with 16G RAM, which was on sale at Best Buy for a very attractively discounted price. So far i am very pleased with the laptop and my decision to abandon my desktop computer. Also, upgrading to using Win11 has been easier than rumored.

So far so good. It is a very good value for an Intel 7 chip. Maybe I can update the SSD later to higher GB. Otherwise, a very good laptop, no issues so far. For the price when it was on sale, cannot beat that. System is fast when booting up, do not notice lag when running multiple programs or apps or sites, and screen is crisp.

Returned computer to purchase a better laptop! No review

Was not aware that this is an S Mode Microsoft installed laptop. Would have never purchased it.

Great laptop for everyday use. Screen is awesome, speed is amazing and recommend for home use. I have been using it the laptop for 5 days and very happy with the quality and ease of setup. I backed up my old Microsoft surface and everything transferred across seamlessly and quick. Great machine and great price

I absolutely love this computer including the fact that the screen is completely cracked and there is not one issue with the visuals on the screen and I have had it for a while. I would like to warn everyone that sometimes the BIOS updates can blow your fan, make sure that you do HP checks on your fans to make sure that both are running. I did not check fast enough in my warranty ran out and it turns out my second fan had stopped running during a bios update when it was working too hard for the computer to handle. Otherwise, amazing. I have it taped together with clear tape, because a screen is juet a screen, we care about the insides! Sadly, my it gets up to the high 100s without the secondary fan.
