I've only been using this computer a few weeks but I had it set up at Best Buy and that went smoothly. Everything seems to be working well. If I do not have problems with anything I would change my rating to 5 Star.

This is a great product. I easily transferred the data from my old computer to the new one. I use a mouse most of the time, but the touch screen is very handy when I want to rest my mousing hand. I am new to Win11, but it is faster and easier to use than I expected.

Works great battery life good good for school and work

Very good laptop for my needs, glad I decided on this HP model. Only concerns would be battery life is just ok, but I knew that prior to purchasing and, a small pamphlet showing the key operating features would had been great for this first time laptop owner. Bought it for my daughter's first year of college and she loves it. I've had the similar laptop for 4 years. I love HP. Also got mine from Best Buy in 2021.
