This is a great computer for the price. There are others in a higher price range, but I went with this one as I took advantage of the Labor Day sale. I use it for work, and I have to say, I got my monies worth. The computer has great image resolution and speed. It has all I need to be able to operate. It also has a slim build and design which looks good to the eye. It is slim and not bulky, all around a good buy. I would highly recommend it.

My old HP laptop had a hard disk drive failure, and rather than troubleshoot, I decided to treat myself to a new laptop. HP has been a reliable brand for me, so I stayed with them for this purchase. It's a great laptop, perfect size to take to coffee shops for writing sessions. Keyboard lights up, power button is integrated into the keyboard, which surprised me at first but I am used to it now. I don't need heavy processing power, so this laptop is perfect for creative writing, emails, videos, streaming, etc.

The laptop works extremely well and it is very fast. It can run multiple browsers with multiple tabs opened, and it can even run some games such as terraria which is nice.

I love this laptop! It's fast and easy to use. I need something portable and capable of keeping all my writings organized and easy to find, edit and save. Yes, I am a writer!

I recently upgraded my 10-yr old HP laptop computer with a new one - also by HP (of course). I've just had terrific luck with the HP brand, and the new one does not disappoint. It has been easy to set up and transfer all my old data and runs like a charm, along with being significantly lighter. I'm very pleased with this new model and expect many years of use from it.

Great computer. Has all the features that I need. Light weight so it's easy to carry. Camera has great quality as does the microphone. Can open several tabs and the speed does not become slower. So far, no complaints.

The laptop itself is nice, fast for what I need it for. The specs have a discrepancy in the listing that state there is a backlit keyboard — there is not. Outside of that — it does what it needs to. Very lightweight. Runs hot when it’s busy.

I've been using it for a month and I'm very satisfied. I'll highlight the speed as a strong point. There are some points that I expected more, but for the price and the way I use it, it meets my needs: Battery life leaves something to be desired. Another point is that, out of nowhere, the Bluetooth mouse or mouse stops working. The pointer follows the commands, but when I click to select it, it doesn't obey, making it necessary to restart the laptop.

This laptop works great even though I would like the option to connect it to ethernet, which it doesn't have. It has been able to do all the tasks I need to do.

I love the touch screen. It takes a little getting used to, but it's much easier on my neck. It's very fast, as well.

This HP computer has a great price and, after testing it extensively, I can say that it was an excellent choice. It has great performance, the battery is acceptable, the screen is of good quality, and it is very comfortable to use daily. I compared it with other models and did some performance tests, and the results were very positive. In addition, the reviews from other users confirm my experience. In the end, I was very satisfied with the purchase.

The laptop is fast, it is not used for gaming so I can't attest to that but for normal web surfing and a few other things it works. While I hate win11 there is no longer a choice since microsoft decided we all need to upgrade. This replaces and old laptop that had gotten so slow it wasn't even usable. The battery doesn't last long though, seems none of companies live up to their claims when it come to battery life. Overall it seems to be a decent computer

From being lightweight, large display and ample storage to the fast Core i7 / 16GB RAM my mother is now breezing through web pages that once took her far longer than they should have! The only thing missing is a backlit keyboard - and although it may not matter for her key use times, it would have been a nice addition.

I had received a new HP from my daughter and grandson in February, but it was a basic model, very slow and lacking features I wanted or needed. Because of some visual impairment, I have a lot of trouble seeing where my cursor is when using a mouse, so I really needed a touchscreen, which this affordable model has. It's also got a good size (15.6") screen, which is great, and decent graphics. The other feature I really needed was a separate numeric keyboard, which makes my life much easier with this model. Although I primarily use my laptop for financial recording, browsing, shopping, and email, I do use it a lot, and this model has everything I wanted or needed. The only negative to me is that battery life seems pretty short. Perhaps best of all, I got this during the back to school sale and saved $250 off the normal price!

I really love this laptop - such an improvement over previous one. The one complaint - and it's my fault for not noticing in details is no backlit keyboard (and I will certainly survive without it). Otherwise great size, weight, battery life, speed, storage

Good laptop with a solid feel. Operates smoothly and no issues. Touch screen is responsive and fast. Will definitely recommend HP.
