So far I’m pleased with my laptop. Very fast and nice

It's a nice laptop but battery only lasts for about 2 hours without charger.

This laptop was exactly what i was looking for. Its performance and memory are great

I’ve had this laptop now 4 months. This laptop replaced my old one which was still working well but was not able to upgrade to Windows 11. This laptop was cheaper than my old one and unfortunately it’s noticeable. My focus was on performance for a smooth experience though I only use basic websites, Microsoft works type documents, and the occasional zoom type meeting. The computer is slower than what I’m use to. It sometimes takes is 15-30 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. As of last week and even just now I turned it on after being off for a couple of days and was able to enter my login password and now the screen is black but I can see the mouse. Last time it took it about 10-15 minutes for the screen to show anything. So far it’s been 10-15 minutes. After the first time I ran the HP programs and double checked for any type of viruses etc and everything came back clean with no reported performance issues. This isn’t acceptable and I’m frustrated that It’s taking this long to start working on a new computer.

The computer is exactly what I was looking for. I was able to trade in my old computer which made this purchase very affordable. Geek Squad transferred data from the old computer.

I bought this for my wife as attempt to get her a laptop like mine, but this ended up being an upgrade for her AND within my price range. Now I need an upgrade! lol

I have been using an HP laptop for years, and had no complaints. So after about 8 years of daily use it finally died. I wanted an HP replacement since it was reliable and fits my needs.

I love it! So easy to use and transport wherever I need to go.

The keyboard does not have a backlit keyboard like the specs indicated. Good for my use as a homeschooling Mom.
