Great laptop for work and school purposes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the internal speakers are horrible and hard to hear, but I always use a headset with it it wasn’t really a priority for me.

Very nice and functional laptop. Snappy response time, crisp screen and imaging, large keys.

Had to replace my 15 year old laptop. Good choice, touch screen works well for my senior eyes. Especially when I need to see a print with more more clarity.

A bit large, when holding it in the corner, you can feel strain on the entire body of the laptop, but otherwise is a good, medium priced laptop to use.

Love this laptop! Only need to use occasionally but does just what I need it to do and is very fast!

It sucked it was slow and I had to return it because I was not spending that money on a crap labtop

In the store our service was great. However we purchased Microsoft office and Norton. I received the pass code for Microsoft but not for Norton. It was supposed to be in a confirmation email which I don’t think I received. I have looked everywhere. Inbox, spam and trash. I was not sent to me. I have had 2 different people get on my computer and go through my email to find the pass key code key. Neither person could find a pass code I talked to Best Buy’s customer service and they were going to send it again. I just received the same email I already have. There is no pass key code in that email. I don’t know why I didn’t get a card or have it show up on my receipt at the time of the sale!!

I really enjoy my new laptop. The quality is great and very responsive.

Good performance with it's ten cores. The chipset and graphic card runs two external monitors without difficulty. The only negative is that the keyboard has no backlight and there is not much contrast between key color and character color on keys but the unit was over 1/3 less than other brands with similar specs.

So far so good. Still having daughters helping out. Love it

The laptop is working great. Got it for a great price.

This was a great purchase. I love that the number key is on the right side of the keyboard, it has a clear picture, and accurate touch screen. I wish the keyboard lit up when i typed but besides that, I'm super happy with this purchase.
