Good value for the money. Best Windows machine I have ever owned (could afford). Graphics are super...250 frames per second on an intense flight simulator.

i gave them a hard time and they helped me flawlessly.

I needed a newer computer to supplement my windows 7 desktop as more and more sites will no longer accept Win7. I am not impressed with Win 11. It is just too much stuff that is not necessary, much like Apple. The simplicity of Win 7 was perfect for me, as I am not a power user, just use it for browsing, email, access to certain accounts, etc. Slowly learning to accept its complexity and fluff, but that is not appreciated. As far as the computer is concerned, it is OK, but I hate touch pads, and and the pad (and screen) sensitivity is sometimes too much, and at other times too little. I may learn to like it at some point, but as of now my impression is it is just kind of OK. I am not going to say don't buy it, just be aware that it is not a great computer. Perhaps this is true of any laptop. I have always had desk-top machines, and they are what I like best.

Love this PC. It was an upgrade for me to Windows 11. The price was not overbearing and it gives me everything I need to handle tasks at home.

Great computer have had no issues. Only thing I wish I had checked before hand was keyboard back lighting. It does not have.

Keyboard is nearly unreadable after only a month. Contacted HP with narrative and picture and they refused to honor the warranty. Otherwise, I like the computer.

Whoops I put the review on my case for the laptop! But this laptop is very reliable it has many features such as using Spanish on screen. I really love this laptop. Best one I have had yet to date! Thanks HP and Best Buy your the best!

The Geek Squad provided exceptional service and guidance to make my decision to purchase. They also walked me through the setup of the new laptop including adding data from my prior laptop.

One of the things is that I don't know much about computers, but for the work I've been doing so far, I think I made a good purchase since it has been very useful to me.

Runs a little slow loading. Good screen quality. Backlit keyboard and touchscreen features are nice to have.

Got it on clearance. I would like to see a better exterior build quality. Felt a bit flimsy but it’s still a great value for what you get.

This laptop was to replace a previous one, which I could not upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 before the October deadline.
