Nice laptop, quick, nice features, lightweight....

This laptop is very fast, smooth, and easy to use. The Intel Core i7 processor and memory make it great for multitasking, and the 512GB SSD keeps everything running quickly. The touch screen is responsive, and the natural silver design looks clean and modern. It’s a great laptop for everyday work, school, and streaming.

fast laptop but 2 issues. When i placed the order the specs said backlit, but its not and have since changed that on the decription. But mainly im shocked at how little sound you get from this laptop and how quickly the battery dies. i keep it plugged in so not a big issue, but i regret not returning this for all these reasons. My 4th hp and this one disappoints

I gifted this laptop to my mom now that she’s opened her own business, and what can I say she absolutely loves it! It’s incredibly easy to use, lightweight, and so convenient for everything she needs to do. She’s been using it for emails, client work, and organizing her documents with no trouble at all. I couldn’t be happier with this special purchase it feels amazing to give her something that actually makes her work easier and supports her dream.

This model replaces the HP Pavilion workhorse that served me well for over ten years. So, it is familiar and still updated. The Best Buy staff member steered me away from similar but more expensive laptops to this one. He was honest, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Bought it as a work computer and it is more than enough to work all the task I have through the day. It will run multiple programs at the same time with no issue! I feel that this computer has allowed me to speed up my work flow by double. I preform more test and help more people because of it. Worth the buy!
