Great product, fast speed, I love the Touchscreen feature.

Honestly, this is my first time buying at Best Buy. My wife and I were very grateful for the excellent service received. Since the cozy welcome, the good vibes, and wonderful attention, everything was awesome and I could really say that since the first assistance to the last person who attended me, they were all super knowledgeable and professional. I strongly recommend feeling like home at the Best Buy.

So far this laptop is working great. No major complaints. My only issue is with the start up screen. I have to press ctrl + alt + delete in order to get onto the laptop which is annoying. Been two months of having the laptop and has been doing this since week two. So far that is my only gripe. It has enough memory, storage, speed, and capabilities for a professional or student. It performs well thus far with any program that I have installed for work or home. I am pleased.

I was able to finally take my proctored exam without any issues. I like the fact that it is touch screen and has a lot of features that's embedded and the display is nice. The board has a nice feel and is real slick. I love the battery saver and the option to connect to the blue tooth.

Honestly it was a quick laptop in a pinch because my main one needed to be repaired. solid replacement laptop I would say good for the day to day and just as a general pc.
