Best laptop I’ve had (and I’ve had lots). Fast processor and battery life is great. The only thing that I don’t like a lot is the mouse pad. It’s a little stiff and hard to maneuver at times.

Your staff Tech recommended this laptop. I’m very pleased with the product.

This is my third time buying this brand of computer, laptop, touchscreen, and I have never been disappointed. They worked great never had a problem. Definitely recommend this product, especially to people who are newer, even though the computer is very advanced.

My new laptop is performing great and it is much lighter than my previous one. The geek squad put all my necessary documents and files and the set up was done in a timely fashion!

It’s so bad that I returned the laptop to different store of Best Buy I bought it. It’s going to be 28 days now that my cash 210:71cents has not been given to me, I was first told 10 to 15 days it passed, and another 7days passed another 7 to 10 days given to me is going to expire tomorrow. Why? One of your head in best buy at belateria in Richmond area told since it was bought in different stores they cannot do anything and I asked is it not same Best Buy the man refused it. In two days time it will be a month I’ve been waiting for my money.

It’s fast, it’s light, I am very happy with it, I strongly recommend it.

Received quickly and will be looking forward to a faster laptop!

Was looking for a laptop that could handle average schoolwork and casual usage, and I haven't been disappointed by my choice thus far. The touchscreen responds very well, no problems with that. The battery is enough to get me through an average day at school--while still running at a good speed, etc. Would recommend this to others.

It’s a really nice laptop the screen is nice and the performance is good for daily use my only problems are the battery and the fact it dosent have a illuminated keyboard overall I’d recommend for its prize
