Really great computer and will get a lot of use out of it.

We brought our old laptop into the Best Buy Geek Desk and received a diagnosis of keyboard failure that would be difficult to find a replacement for due to the age of the laptop. Not wanting to lose the laptop function by using a separate keyboard, we decided it was time for a new laptop. The technician gave us some recommendations of what would work best for us we went to the sales department and the salesperson showed us several laptops. We settled on one the technician had also recommended. After the Geek Squad transferred our data, we went home but discovered some problems that were diagnosed by a Geek Squad technician as software cliches and corrected quickly (using a service policy so no extra cost to us) and we are home and rolling! A great buy for both the laptop and the service policy we couldn't be happier!!

Heavy duty and fast computer. Easy setup and a few weeks in. My last computer was a Dell. I had no trouble with the function, but 5 keys stopped working and it was plastic.

Good solid laptop and has all the features my granddaughter needed for college but she says the battery life is only about 5-1/2 hours on full charge. I think that’s pretty good but she doesn’t.

This is a great laptop for the price and is working well for our staff. It seems solid, unlike some that we’ve purchased in the past that were rather flimsy, the keys have a nice touch, plenty of ports, and overall we’re happy. It’s also readily available which is refreshing as we’ve purchased 2 more following our initial order.

Love this laptop! Its HUGE but i love it. The graphics are very good however the battery life is not the best so keep that in mind. This laptop is my baby i love it

I am SOOOO happy with my new laptop! It has everything that I need, it was easy to set up and transfer stuff from the old laptop. The touch screen will make my work much easier and efficient. The optics are an unexpected upgrade from my old HP. It's just 100% in all categories! The good folks at Best Buy are incredibly professional, efficient and helpful. Overall a fabulous experience and I am incredibly pleased with the HP laptop

Works great, What I wanted and needed for Windows 11

Enjoying our HP laptop. Keyboard is comfortable. Will say and note that the battery doesn't last as long as our previous HP laptop. Have to plug in charger more often. Not a big deal for us.

Good laptop for school and work projects. Purchased it for my niece abroad for school, and she loves it. Was very easy to set up. Also purchased Microsoft and downloaded Microsoft Office 365.

Easy setup. Seems great so far for our needs! The battery life is not as long as expected, tho.
