    worked just fine out of the unopened box. the sales person was very helpful and did not pressure me to buy anything other than what I entered store for. he did point out that this machine was on sale and sale date was ending the next day.

    I was shopping for a mid-range laptop and had an Acer in mind. The store I visited had no Acers in stock and recommended an HP or a Lenovo. Having had bad luck with the Lenovo in the past, i went with the HP. I have been pleased with it so far.

    Love the computer, but not fond of the charging cord. The power converter gets very hot.

    This is a great product. I easily transferred the data from my old computer to the new one. I use a mouse most of the time, but the touch screen is very handy when I want to rest my mousing hand. I am new to Win11, but it is faster and easier to use than I expected.

    It does what I need. It would be better if the battery life before recharging was longer. But you get what you pay for.
