    Best Buy staff was helpful from purchase to set up. They transferred all my date that I wanted transferred to new PC. Easy to use and well made. Keyboard is excellent.

    I had to upgrade to "an i7 with at least 16GB" for work. After using it for a few weeks, I can say I really like this laptop. The touchscreen has come in handy, especially when I'm working in the car.

    This is a very nice and fast computer BUT it doesn't have a back lite keyboard as they description states. I ended up returning it as that was a main selling point for what I needed. With all the features I still couldn't believe they skipped the lighter keyboard. Such a shame.
