This is my sixth or seventh HP laptop - (two-three desktops) - and I keep coming back because HP is solid - lower end models (remember the Pavillion?) to high end. As an editor, I don't need the heft of gaming computers, so HP serves my primary need well. Have tried Mac Dell, Lenovo - return to HP - trackpad just a bit stickier than I would like - don't have the problem on my Envy 360 which i would give five stars - and the trackpad is the only reason gave the overall rating of four stars - which I would rank as very good and not just good.

I only buy and recommend and use HP Laptops. They are very reliable.

I enjoy this laptop very much considering what I need and use it for. If you’re looking for something that is within your budget, touchscreen and equipped with a very good processor than this is it. Not one of the gaming laptops or something like that - just a good everyday laptop for the ones who just need to email, search the internet or watch shows on streaming platforms.

I have been an HP customer for years and have never had any issues with the laptops I owned. I use this laptop for general purposes (email, bills, etc.) and it is a great value for the price. The only thing I miss in this laptop is the back lighting to the keyboard.
