screen could be brighter learning features very good visuals designations right on very fast

So far, so good. Will be tested when we take it on vacation in the RV. More than the product was the sales person. So helpful. We know very little about laptops so the help was invaluable.

This was a great purchase. I love that the number key is on the right side of the keyboard, it has a clear picture, and accurate touch screen. I wish the keyboard lit up when i typed but besides that, I'm super happy with this purchase.

i I had a good deal when i bought my laptop. The agent who assisted me was fantastic and customer service oriented.

In the store our service was great. However we purchased Microsoft office and Norton. I received the pass code for Microsoft but not for Norton. It was supposed to be in a confirmation email which I don’t think I received. I have looked everywhere. Inbox, spam and trash. I was not sent to me. I have had 2 different people get on my computer and go through my email to find the pass key code key. Neither person could find a pass code I talked to Best Buy’s customer service and they were going to send it again. I just received the same email I already have. There is no pass key code in that email. I don’t know why I didn’t get a card or have it show up on my receipt at the time of the sale!!

It works very well, lags a little but great use of my money!

A solid computer for regular home computing. Lighter and faster than the 6 year-old model we replaced.

Very good computer. My only complaint is that sometimes the trackpad clicks from the underside. Good other than that.

Works well for the intended purpose (job applications & general school-type work), but I have encountered an issue in that it only has three USB ports, one of which is a USB-C instead of USB-A 3.0. I could wish for better graphics, but that will require I invest in a new gaming system instead of a work laptop.

Good only issues is batteries don't stay for long

I'm very pleased with this computer; it does everything I need. The graphics are clear and crisp and the colors vivid. Set up was easy and it came with a trial antivirus. The price was actually less than I was expecting to have to pay for this much memory. If I were a gamer, I might want more, but I'm not, so this is fitting my needs and wants very well.

Nice computer. We use a wired mouse with it, so pointing and clicking is easier. Laptop is thin and lightweight.

This is a great Laptop. Have really enjoyed it for everydsy use. I would reccomend this one 100%
