SO FA SO GOOD ITS GOING GOOD. i WAS A LITTLE BIT DISAPPINTED IN THE BEGINNING I PURCHASED THE WRONG EXTENDED MONITOR BUT I HAVE THE RIGHT NOW NOW AND IT WORKS.

Computer is a great size and has the power I need to multitask. The battery life is not what I thought it would be. There is minimal time between needing to plug it in.

I'm disappointed with this purchase because it came with the wrong power input interface. This HP laptop needs a traditional AC 7.4mm–5mm connector but BestBuy gave me a USB-C connector. This model does not take charge over the USB-C interface. I bought This laptop Open/Box which offers three levels condition (Excellent, Good, Fair). I paid the highest, "Excellent Condition" which reads "Includes all parts and accessories. Packaging may vary or be absent." My disappointment comes from the fact that I should have received all the correct parts and not anything less. I brought the laptop home and went away on a one-week-long trip. Now that I opened the box I realized I can't charge the unit and the laptop battery is depleted so I can't tell now if the laptop is functional or not until I find a proper power input. I believe this is a failure from the BestBuy team who failed to do a proper inspection of the box before giving it to a customer.

it is too early to give a higher grade. I have had this laptop for less than a month. I have not utilized windows 11. I did have some issues in the beginning. They seem to be okay now.

As usual the buying process online was flawless. This computer was easy to set up & easy to use. This computer was perfect for my needs. Would recommend this to friends.

Great both for playing and working and the best is the touch screen

No backlit keyboard as advertised, what a drag. Probably better return.

Smooth operation does what I need it to do . Only regret is unlit key board but otherwise good value for the money
