Love it, so much faster than my old one. Battery life isn’t was was listed

I've been using it for a month and I'm very satisfied. I'll highlight the speed as a strong point. There are some points that I expected more, but for the price and the way I use it, it meets my needs: Battery life leaves something to be desired. Another point is that, out of nowhere, the Bluetooth mouse or mouse stops working. The pointer follows the commands, but when I click to select it, it doesn't obey, making it necessary to restart the laptop.

Great computer. Has all the features that I need. Light weight so it's easy to carry. Camera has great quality as does the microphone. Can open several tabs and the speed does not become slower. So far, no complaints.

I recently retired, so I purchased this laptop to use at home as well as when I travel. I had Geek Squad set it up for me. It is easy to use, not heavy, holds the charge well, and processes with good speed.

It’s really nice. Specially the screen, loved it. Also the processor runs seamlessly.

I like this Product. It came with same specs . 16gb RAM 512 gb HDD and touch Screen with 15,5 I do multitasking and never have any issue. it is working Smooth . This Laptop came with Win 11 Home I have to upgrade to Win 11 Pro. over all performance and reliability is great. I will recommend this Laptop

The laptop is fast, it is not used for gaming so I can't attest to that but for normal web surfing and a few other things it works. While I hate win11 there is no longer a choice since microsoft decided we all need to upgrade. This replaces and old laptop that had gotten so slow it wasn't even usable. The battery doesn't last long though, seems none of companies live up to their claims when it come to battery life. Overall it seems to be a decent computer

I wasn't aware of the touch screen when I bought it, takes some getting use to for me. But not for my boy friend. works great, easy to use. Glad I bought it.

This laptop is working well for my purposes. The screen is large enough for my weakening eyes and the keyboard is just great. The only draw back is that the speakers are a little low; I like to listen to music on HIGH.

This is a nice lightweight laptop with a screen that is a little over 15 inches. The battery lasts more then two days. This is the Best Buy that I have had so far.

From being lightweight, large display and ample storage to the fast Core i7 / 16GB RAM my mother is now breezing through web pages that once took her far longer than they should have! The only thing missing is a backlit keyboard - and although it may not matter for her key use times, it would have been a nice addition.

I love the big screen on this laptop and that it is touch screen. The speed on this is for downloads is much faster than my old laptop.
