Works great no flaws so far!!! Great clear screen!

Very good computer. Good speed and good touchscreen.

This is the laptop I wanted for travel, but the salesperson helped a lot by telling me about 'blue box' items discounted because a customer returned the item, good as new, which Best Buy checked out and re-stocked for sale at a discount. Had it up and running within a day. Took a couple more days to add updates, apps and utilities I use with my other Windows 11 computers. Running great now -- even connected it to my Logitech keyboard and mouse by adding a sending unit to a USB-A port.

First of, the price was great. Have had great performance so far with the work I'm doing. Haven't put the processor to test yet but loving it so far.

For 529$ we can’t expect much more. It covers all the basics for a decent laptop. Light weight with good display.

I've had HP laptops before. This one is a great laptop and isn't too heavy. It's got good battery life and is easy to use.

Finally decided to get rid of my desk top and was looking for some thing faster and bigger screen. So far it is working good for me.

Got this computer for work and she is great. Everything works smoothly and apps open quickly. Only con I would say is battery life is not as long as I expected. (4/5 hours when connected to all my work programs) but I may just need to adjust settings. Overall she's a great laptop!

This computer replaces an HP computer I bought at Best Buy when I retired in December 2014. This new one starts up in less than 10 seconds and is so much faster than my old one. So far it’s worked flawlessly. Battery recharge is very fast (about an hour). This has been an excellent purchase.

So, for years my husband has been buying refurbished PCs for me and they don't last long...I have a pile of them just sitting here. After the last one bit the dust he ordered another generic brand I've never heard of. I had enough and started doing my own research to find my new best friend. I found this one at Best Buy and bought it on the line and pick up was quick and easy. I must say, I love this PC! It's perfect and I have high hopes that it will last longer than all the others combined. Thank you Best Buy!

Lightweight, easy to handle and fast. Software booted up with no problems and the interface was easy to walk through, step-by-step!

My computer was 10 years old and could not be updated to Windows 11. So that being said, the performance and apps to this new laptop are just amazing. I have nothing to compare it to but I have had a HP laptop and printer before and never had problems with them. I am totally pleased with this purchase.
