Best laptop I’ve had (and I’ve had lots). Fast processor and battery life is great. The only thing that I don’t like a lot is the mouse pad. It’s a little stiff and hard to maneuver at times.

I was DEVASTATED to lose my last computer!!! However, I NOW realize it was a blessing!!! My new HP is better than ANY computer I have EVER had!!! At 75 years old I feel I am FINALLY in the 21st century with technology!!! I cannot praise MY BEST BUY GUY enough either!

I upgraded my laptop for college and this met every requirement. It has a touch screen, I don't really use. But has good storage, huge screen, fast, battery life isn't the greatest when writing papers or doing course work. 3-4max Charger plug is a 3prong. Chargers quickly so it give me an excuse to take backs. I love this laptop. For the price, it is amazing

Great laptop, has all you could need for work or school

Sleek and lightweight. So far decent battery life. Sensitive keyboard- easy to make errors by brushing up against keys unintentionally. Overall, not bad for the price.

I'm just getting start so I can't report much. It appears to have lots of bells and whistles and I'm looking forward to learning what's new on the machine and Windows 11.

I recently purchased the HP Intel Core i7 - 16 GB Memory to replace an older HP that had started to have issues. The new HP is fast and moving everything from the old to the new one was pretty painless. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am SOOOO happy with my new laptop! It has everything that I need, it was easy to set up and transfer stuff from the old laptop. The touch screen will make my work much easier and efficient. The optics are an unexpected upgrade from my old HP. It's just 100% in all categories! The good folks at Best Buy are incredibly professional, efficient and helpful. Overall a fabulous experience and I am incredibly pleased with the HP laptop

Not perfect but very capable. Bought this laptop 6 years ago with an I5 processor, upgraded to I7. Much faster, great graphics and memory.
