Overall nice laptop for my usage. Did not need anything for business, school and gaming, Just something to play around with

I’m really impressed with the screen size and display quality—it’s easily the standout feature and makes the overall experience enjoyable. Performance is solid, but I expected more from a 13th Gen Core i7 processor. Compared to some competitors, it feels a bit sluggish at times, which was a little disappointing given the specs. Overall, it’s a capable device, but the performance doesn’t quite match the premium feel of the display.

I am really pleased with the new HP laptop. It is so much faster than my old laptop. Also purchased a disk drive with it and was able to load some older software I needed. I didn't have any problems transitioning from the older laptop without any technical help (which is a miracle considering I'm almost 89!). I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This PC does everything I need it to. It runs great with no issues.

So far, very good. I just use it for work and personal tasks, not gaming at all. I do not need any sophisticated features and I was particularly interested in the ports that this model has, so my needs are very basic. It's fast, not intrusive and not heavy. Keyboard is soft, very comfortable and numeric pad was a must for me. It would have been great to have at least 1 Tera.. I didn't test the battery life yet....

We have been buying HP computers for years and have never had a problem with any of them. I decided to purchase another brand last year to maybe save some money. Ooops bad choice. It died and could not be repaired. Got my money back because I took out the extra warranty and bought another HP. This computer is awesome. I learned my lesson.

Was a gift for my nephew and he loves it! No regrets choosing this laptop.

I was looking to upgrade from a 14 year old laptop that seemed like it took 15 minutes to boot up. Well this was exactly what I wanted minus the smallish hard-drive, but that was easily fixed with a 2TB swapout and I couldn't be happier.

I am happy with the performance of my new HP laptop. The speed and processing has been great!

I've had several HP laptops and they are always reliable and easy to use. This is a great size. I have a 17-in HP laptop I've had for several years and it still works fine but I wanted one that wasn't quite as heavy and more "portable". This one fits the bill for me and the Geek Squad was GREAT and fast at helping me to move all my documents over. Would highly recommend HP laptops and using the Geek Squad membership.
