I recently purchased an HP laptop from the Best Buy Warehouse in Norwalk, Connecticut, and had a great buying experience. The staff were very helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for. They guided me toward options that matched both my needs and my planned budget. Although the in-store buying options are somewhat limited, the selection available on display was still enough for me to make a confident decision. In addition, the Best Buy website and mobile app were excellent resources—they provided clear details, comparisons, and availability information that made the process even easier. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and support I received. Great experience!

Got this HP - 15.6" Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Natural Silver to replace a similar bit much older HP laptop which had slowed to a crawl. Especially with Windows 10 support ending, it was time to update to windows 11. Glad I did, as this machine runs like a new sport car.

This laptop is great for school work but I’m not a big fan of the battery life. Runs pretty well besides that

I’ve been using this HP 15.6” Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop with an Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD for a while now, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The laptop is incredibly fast and handles multitasking with no lag — perfect for work, browsing, and even light editing.

I needed to purchase two laptops for Christmas and was having a terrible time getting in on sales. I found this i7 laptop with everything I needed. And it was still on sale. I am very pleased with this laptop. I have had many good years with various HP laptops and I hope this will give me more. I was a bit afraid of W-11 but this hasn't been a problem for me so far. I also appreciate how easy it was to pick up at the store. I had a doctor's appointment in near the Best Buy store (40 miles away from my home) and it was a quick, efficient process.
