This is the 3rd laptop we have bought to use in our small business. Works as expected,

Bought it for my daughter's first year of college and she loves it. I've had the similar laptop for 4 years. I love HP. Also got mine from Best Buy in 2021.

Sales staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Laptop works fine. I was kind of forced into this purchase as my current unit (9 year old HP) finally bit the dust. This HP is much faster with a better feeling keyboard.

Great for home use but as a side note I've purchased over S1000.00 of product on my Best Buy card this year and haven't received a single reward from my purchases on my account. The card is worthless and any future purchases will be made with a regular visa or mastercard with a rewards program that works

It seem to be a very good comptuer it is what i wanted and i don't thing have any problems with it

worked just fine out of the unopened box. the sales person was very helpful and did not pressure me to buy anything other than what I entered store for. he did point out that this machine was on sale and sale date was ending the next day.

My daughter is away at school and her laptop died. The guys at Best Buy helped her pick this one and it has been perfect. It’s everything that she needs.

I've had it for a month now and I'm very happy with the speed and performance. I feel it's a great value for the money. Good mid range PC for the money. Wish it had a backlit keyboard but you can't have everything for $500

That laptop i purchased is excellent however i only give it 4 stars because its batery life is not as long as i would like.

The laptop is great, exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight and easy to manipulate. I am enjoying using it for my classes.

The laptop’s pretty good, it’s just that the battery life isn’t the best when running games, but that’s avoidable. Otherwise, the battery is good for my schedule and majors.

Vensin was very helpful and knowledgeable of the laptops. He made a normally frightening experience and very good experience. I literally hate purchasing computer equipment, because it can be overwhelming. Vensin's patients and knowledge made this a nice purchase. Purchased for a Christmas gift..

This a good low priced Laptop. You get what you pay for as they say. I have had no problems. I don't like all the bloatware loaded on new laptops and it takes time to get rid of it. Its light weight (all plastic)

Very good laptop for my needs, glad I decided on this HP model. Only concerns would be battery life is just ok, but I knew that prior to purchasing and, a small pamphlet showing the key operating features would had been great for this first time laptop owner. (Thank you Geek Squad for your help !!)
