Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful with the products, his name was Tommy. He was the reason we returned to best buys and that location to make our purchase. We appreciated the time and patience he provided! We were happy with our purchase but not happy with the setup of the computer, we had to go to another store to have that done. I think Best buys needs to relook at that process, if techs aren’t available to complete the setup for a customer then the sale shouldn’t occur or they should be willing to hold the item and not require the customer to do the work of returning to a store for the completion of setup! Now were having softwsre issues, so not sure if everything was done correctly? And you cant call the store direct, that’s ridiculous! 4 stars due to salesperson but best buys needs to improve on service after purchases!

The hp laptop with the 13th generation i7 cpu is absolutely AWESOME.

I love this computer, so much better than my chromebook!!

I bought this laptop for my nephews so they'd a proper computer for doing 3d printing, and more. The memory and hard-drive leave plenty of room for upgrades once it becomes necessary. The Intel Core i7 was the real selling point being it's about the only thing that can't be upgraded later.

My husband had a knee replacement and i have not even had a chace to look at it yet. Im we excited to do that sood. HP LAPTOPS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE. I'M SURE I'LL LOVE IT. I'LL REPORT BACK AS SOON AS I GET THE CHANCE!

Good computer for my modest home needs. Pretty fast and enough memory.

This is a very nice and fast computer BUT it doesn't have a back lite keyboard as they description states. I ended up returning it as that was a main selling point for what I needed. With all the features I still couldn't believe they skipped the lighter keyboard. Such a shame.
