    This computer lasted one week, at which time it just quit. It absolutely refused to power up. Best Buy allowed me to return it for the full refund without any problem at all. I would not recommend an hp computer.

    I have been an HP customer for years and have never had any issues with the laptops I owned. I use this laptop for general purposes (email, bills, etc.) and it is a great value for the price. The only thing I miss in this laptop is the back lighting to the keyboard.

    I am starting to get used to the computer, however I am having an issue with the charging cord. I charge it up and it only last for approx 1-1.5 days and I am having to charge it again

    Really enjoying the laptop once I fully learn how to maneuver through the screens, then I can enjoy it more. the problem is owner issues, not the product. I love the crisp clear screen, I love that its touch screen and definitely love the speed.
