I absolutely love this laptop! It’s the best laptop I’ve ever had. Super fast, the only issue is the battery doesn’t last long.

Ease of operations, screen color , weight fast processor

I’ve been using this laptop for about one month now, and overall it has been very good. The performance is smooth, the screen is clear, and it handles my daily tasks without any issues. I haven’t experienced any errors, crashes, or technical problems since I started using it. So far, it has been reliable and meets my expectations.

My old HP laptop had a hard disk drive failure, and rather than troubleshoot, I decided to treat myself to a new laptop. HP has been a reliable brand for me, so I stayed with them for this purchase. It's a great laptop, perfect size to take to coffee shops for writing sessions. Keyboard lights up, power button is integrated into the keyboard, which surprised me at first but I am used to it now. I don't need heavy processing power, so this laptop is perfect for creative writing, emails, videos, streaming, etc.

WONDERFUL! Easy to use. Love the big key size, the large screen and touch screen features. Navigation is easy (my previous was Windows 8.1)! I do not like that the Word and Excel I purchased several years ago could not be transferred to this computer. Not fair to have to subscribe now.

Bought 2 of these for my twins for college. Excellent screen display. Fast processor as it loads things quickly. They are able to do all their homework, stream & watch movies on it and play music as well. They are able to to look at their class schedules as well as it having a touchscreen to make it super easy to do things on it. This is an excellent computer and everything they need to start their first year at college with! Battery life is long lasting as well.

Sales staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Laptop works fine. I was kind of forced into this purchase as my current unit (9 year old HP) finally bit the dust. This HP is much faster with a better feeling keyboard.

I've had it for a month now and I'm very happy with the speed and performance. I feel it's a great value for the money. Good mid range PC for the money. Wish it had a backlit keyboard but you can't have everything for $500

This is a great computer for the price. There are others in a higher price range, but I went with this one as I took advantage of the Labor Day sale. I use it for work, and I have to say, I got my monies worth. The computer has great image resolution and speed. It has all I need to be able to operate. It also has a slim build and design which looks good to the eye. It is slim and not bulky, all around a good buy. I would highly recommend it.

Super fast, charming , high speed laptop with desirable touch screen. Will definitively recommend this laptop to others. I am in IT professional and this laptop has been working out great for my personnel and professional usage.

This product allows me to integrate my work into all of the built in software. its great for on the go or at home. Affordable, not too big and its copact. Great product. 10 out of a 10 !!

I’m really impressed with its performance. The laptop is fast, smooth, and easily handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, coding, and running multiple applications at once. As a student, it absolutely gets the job done and more.

I bought this laptop for my high school child and it did not disappoint! It is very fast to start, the processing capability is excellent, it will open and close tabs fast enough that she won’t complain, the battery life is surprisingly long (I have a superior setup from a different brand and mine has half its battery life). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase! We run all common apps on it at the same time and it has never crashed!

Excellent everyday home-use laptop for the cost. Keyboard is the most annoying feature...not a pleasant click or feel to it, too "cheap, plasticcy feel and sound." But able to use different keyboard and occasionally a blue tooth mouse for a better touch and feel. Screen is bright and clear, light weight and thin.
