I’ve been using this laptop for a few days now and it works really well. The performance is smooth, startup is fast, and the display quality is very clear. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, which makes it perfect for daily work and browsing. Battery life is decent and overall it feels like a good value for the price. Happy with the purchase.

It’s an amazing laptop the battery life is amazing I tend to forget about it and leave it on sleep mode for the week and use during the weekend for homework and I only need to charge it for three hours plus it’s pretty convenient to have a touch screen though I don’t use it as much as I’m used to typing and using the mouse pad in the bottom.

I got it for a promotional price but honestly would still have been very happy to pay the MSRP. I'm not a power user but I play a decent amount of PC games and have to give frequent presentations. My only complaints are that the onboard camera and audio aren't great but those can be easily supplemented. And the battery is average but nothing special.

I think I bought an excellent laptop for what I needed; it has good hardware specifications and it's also very nice-looking. HP never fails; it's my favorite brand.

The salesmen at bestbuy was young, but he was very professional, clean, and honest. He was a finance major and not computer gaming person, but he knew alot about computers. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and he showed me three options. This computer was by far the best option for the buck. It works great for my small business. I am really happy with the entire process.

Works extremely well for all our needs, college work, gaming, and streaming for the kids. Light weight and great battery life. Never going back to Apple again!

I love this computer. I just bought it two month ago and haven’t had any problems. It girl all my class work and retains everything. Also, it’s very strong to hold all my coding in python for my engineering class. I am a freshman in college and have not doubt that it will get me thoroughly high school experience. This is really a great buy. I purchased for work. I can create lesson plans, beautiful documents and other information. I can do searches without disconnect issues. This is really a great inexpensive option. I love it.

The customer service is beyond very polite so appreciate it! This is why I keep coming back to Best Buy and not order on Amazon. I spoke to the customer service and he immediately knew what I wanted. Explained to him though and he directing to the right computer. I didn’t even have to look at another one. It was perfect. this is going to be used greatly for my nonprofit dog business.

I’m very disappointed with the performance of this laptop. I’ve had Hewlett-Packard laptops over many years and they have traditionally performed well and I thought I would get the same with this laptop. Unfortunately, performance is average and often below average at best. The laptop often locks up (screen is blank, no buttons work, etc.), as it is doing right now, and I have to force restart the device in order to use it. It also seems to overheat just sitting overnight with the screen locked. I am using it with a HP USB doc G5. The laptop is only slightly less than three months old and it’s already giving problems. Not good. When the laptop is actually working it’s not bad. The problem is that it locks up every couple of days where I have to do a hard restart just to get it working. Not really sure what’s going on but I’ll probably bring it in to have it checked out.

Great computer for doing school work, watching YouTube, and Microsoft applications. The processor makes the computer very responsive and it has plenty of memory for storing my photos and school assignments.

Good price on the laptop. I hooked up a wifi mouse. Took a few times to get the internal mouse to stop moving the pointer and closing menu windows. Works great now.
