The HP Laptop is a medium range computer with excellent specifications. The touch screen is quite large and bright. The Intel i7 CPU with 16GB memory is well suited for a large number of tasks for professionals and students. The 512GB SSD has of course a very short access time. Overall the unit is sleek and light.

This laptop is amazing and easy to use. The space available is much needed and perfect for being a college student as well as a teacher. I love that it is large print on the keyboard which comes in handy for me as a person who wears glasses. It has an amazing clean finish and the touch screen feature is brilliant for me as a person who also owns apple products as well. It is worth the investment. Best Buy has wonderful techs who were eager and ready to assist. I am beyond pleased. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a high quality and reliable device that is up for the task of completing workloads as well as leisure activities.

I'm really happy with this laptop so far. It's fast, lightweight, and great for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and work. The battery life is solid, and setup was easy right out of the box. Definitely a good buy!

Very nice and just what I needed. What I like is the screen size, the touch screen, the quality of the picture, the memory/computer speed, huge SSD for Home use - or even business use. Classic HP clean lines. I like the silver one. Has all the external device connections I need and can add more if needed. Easy to set up. All this for under $600. Should've bought two!

So far so good. The set up was pretty simple. The battery seems to be holding up and the machine runs well. I did notice some lagging already when trying to watch a downloaded video but that may have been user error. We honestly haven't had that much time with it yet to give a thorough review. Regarding the set up though, I didn't like that it automatically connected to our cellular phones. Perhaps that is the standard these days and it was kind of nice to see phone notifications on the laptop. It wasn't for us though and it took a while to figure out how to undo that. The major issue I have with this computer is the TERRIBLE speakers. You will need to use external speakers or headphones if you want to watch videos or listen to music. It's just really bad.

This is one terrific computer! I love everything about it. Setup was a snap. The big screen is bright and responsive. The keyboard has larger letters than most. With i7 processing it is fast and furious! Great purchase at a great price!

I bought this to work from home. The job didnt work out but i use the computer everyday. Touch screen 17inches- easy on the eyes. Fast processor, tons of ram. This laptop allows me to research, write and i usually find myself watching a movie or 2 on it. I would buy it again but by the time this one wears out HP will up their game and make something even nicer. Oh, and i paid about $700. Such a good deal!

Excellent computer! Pretty fast processing, perfect sized screen, and good amount of storage. I wish it came in fun colors, but I bought a colored case and keyboard cover to brighten it up and make it look unique.

This computer was a quick and easy setup. I am very please with the ease of the set up and andvlivevthe speed and storage on this computer.

HP makes solid Laptops. Performance is fast and the look and feel of it is sleek and comfortable. Also, the battery life is great compared to other laptops that I have owned.

I prefer my laptops on the bigger size because I like a larger screen, and this one is perfect! I also like that it’s lightweight and not bulky. I use this for work and school, so I bring it with me a lot. It fits nicely in my laptop bag while leaving plenty of space for some books/notebooks. The outside doesn’t leave fingerprints either if that’s a concern for anyone. Overall, I think this a great option for anyone who uses a laptop for daily tasks.

New to the touch screen and it's so easy to use. Also like the size and weight.

I have had this laptop for about 2 months. Very happy with it. The processing speed is great for our home use. Start up is fast and the screen is good quality for this budget friendly laptop. My only crevice is that the sound quality is not near as impressive. I hooked up a Bluetooth speaker to it and this did the trick. Nice laptop for the price and recommend to anyone not looking for a gaming system.

Great laptop works perfectly fine and its processor is amazing with great speed

Good power in laptop. Screen quality is smooth and rich in color. Responsive touch screen. Sound is decent with speakers underneath but on the sides so it doesn't sound muffled. The fan is underneath and heat can be felt if laptop is directly on lap, although it doesn't seem to run hot so it's minimal. Compact size and light weight is convenient. Also great to have full keyboard features.

I chose HP because my old HP "Bose Special Edition" lovely red laptop could not be upgraded from Windows 10. I'm optimistic this new HP laptop will be as great and longterm enough workhorse. We bought 2 so that my husband and i have the same models and can more readily help each other out with setup and updates. We're not gamers, we're retired so, no business apps required, but Microsoft is a hog about forcing you into things that are not easy to disable or remove when you don't need or want them (e.g., Onecloud). We like our 2016 desktop Office suite and want nothing to do with Ofc 365 for our needs, and all the apps that used to be independent of MS...now that they're MS-owned and imbedded (like Skype), we don't want that anymore either. On the positive side, huge improvement over our aging laptops. Still working out kinks to better personalize, but seriously, that Onedrive in pathnames, is soooo annoying. I like the camera privacy screen having both physical and control panel disable/enable capabilities. I wish I'd noticed this model doesn't have a back-lit keyboard, and we would have preferred 1TB storage, which wasnt an option through Best Buy, although HP offers that option if you customize a build through HP. Overall, since our MS hurdles and annoyances of not being able to easily de-select what we don't want is likely inherent on all new Windows 11 platforms, we're so far pleased with our new laptops. No comment on battery life since the occasion hasn't been tested.

This computer is awesome. The features are great and it is user friendly. The keys are kinda hard to see unless you have good lighting. Takes a little getting used to going from a light-up keyboard (which I think should come standard on all keyboards - at least with an on/off button for the light). All-in-all, great product

This is the easiest set up and usage. Very nice design.
