Defective touchpad out of the box.

Googled and found other users experiencing the same issue. The touchpad lags and freezes during use. It will randomly select things, open windows and links while simply trying to move the cursor. The buttons on the touchpad also do not work well. Quite often you have to click the mouse button 3 or more times before it registers a click. Returned immediately.

Terrible computer.

This was my fault as I did not read the description fully. Good price for a nice computer, slightly longer than average because of the extra keyboard

I agreed to take it (after seeing numerous others to compare) and they had none in stock. Nor in Madison. The closest was Brookfield which had 1 & Janesville which had one "open box" (return), which when we tried to pick (individually) were gone. Apparently, none in the US that could be shipped to me later! Settled on a comparable HP. No problems in purchase. Sales staff was great throughout.
