Be careful with these new third parties selling computer equipment through Best Buy (PC Heaven to avoid generalization). Not sure how Best Buy is allowing this. Bought a laptop from this PC Heaven, a few months later my keyboard stopped working. The laptop would pinpoint that it was a software issue. Took it to the Best Buy Geeksquad and they could not fix it. Send it back to PC Heaven for them to fix the problem or replace the laptop. To my surprise, their answer was that based on the inspection there was some water damage (not true), but an easy way out to fix it or replace it. very simply, NOT TO TRUST PC HEAVEN and be careful with other suppliers authorized by Best Buy, Most probably you will not get the same customer service and/or warranty support.
