I bought it for my daughter she said the speed is slow . Now I'm not sure if it's slow because she downloaded sims.

have work like a charm when using it for email a light work. very responsive as it still in a new state. So far I do not think that I had tossed my money away

Bought two one for great grandson 6 years old one for great granddaughter 7 years old. They use them for school assignments and of course playing games and music. Since it came with windows 10 they are better able to use it than I am only use windows 7.

Purchased for my wife for Christmas. She mostly plays games, Facebook, video chat and pictures. Good size for her.

Simple and easy-to-use for basic computer needs. Light in weight, maneuverable keyboard and touchpad, and bright/clear screen. Great deal for a low price.

This HP computer was a bargain. It has everything an old lady like me needs for email, solitaire games, and Netflix streaming. It has a side keypad which I like, has Windows 10, and does not seem nearly as cheaply made as the Dell I had previously.

phone has a lot of nice features. battery life is poor. even with all things being off and hardly any use battery only lasts 12 hrs. with heavy use only 6

Purchased as xmas gift and they love it. Doesn't use for a lot of things but the speed and space are great.

This laptop does just what I wanted it for. Would buy another one. I'm not crazy about the flat keyboard but, its fast and easy to use. The only issue I had was ordering through Best Buy store pick up. It may be an individual store problem but when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. They told me to come back tomorrow. Then I got an email saying that my order was cancelled without reason or notice and a refund issued. This was 2 days before Christmas and was a gift for husband. Fortunately I visited another Best Buy in town and they had one in stock.

Bought this for my mother, nice size - big enough for her to see everything clearly yet small enough to not be a burden in her lap. Has found Windows 10 very easy to use. Has everything she needs and a great upgrade from her old XP tower.

Purchasing this laptop and having mom's old data transferred to it was a pain-free experience. The computer is wonderful and easy for my mom to use.

Good hp quality, but had to return and exchange as a faster laptop was acquired for a little more money.

Liked that it has a left and right mouse buttons. Speed has been okay. Came with windows 10 on which has features the windows 10 upgrade does not.

Bought this to use mainly for paying bills, checking Facebook and email. It works great for general browsing. We haven't tried playing any games, so can't comment on that, but it does stream Netflix well. It is a good buy for the price.

This lap top was a gift for mom. She really loved it and it had just enough GB for her everyday needs.

This HP Notebook is a decent machine but the processor is quite slow. It does the basic tasks and runs the software programs we could not find for our tablet. I was disappointed because the description in the Best Buy online site called this HP a laptop, but in fact it is a hybrid notebook. Still for the money not a bad deal. It does the job, albeit slowly.

It's better than windows8 (which isn't saying much). It could/should be more functional for school/business use offline. Not having to purchase and /or download any and everything would be nice, but no one pre-installs anything useful any more. It's a good deal for the price, but not sure it's worth the hassle of all the emails demanding "rate your purchase"

Lightweight and easy to use. Has just the right amount of everything.

I bought this for my niece. She loved it!!!! At a very reasonable price and with great specs I can gladly say that my money was well spent!
