This was a gift for my parents whom are in their 60s. They needed a basic computer for internet surfing basically. It is good for processing programs like Word and Excel or viewing/editing pictures.

it has a small footprint which make it easy to move

Great value for the money. Mainly got for streaming netflix and web browsing.

This HP Computer gets the job done for my wife. She does not require a lot. Clearly it was a Rep from HP that steered us to this product, but I was there for an HP Product because I have had good results with their computers and Printers and accessories.

For the price, you can't beat it. I can't tell any difference between this and the higher end ones we use at work.

Purchased this computer for my spouse. She has minimal computer knowledge and doesn't need all the bells and whistles, so I chose this computer because it was a reasonable price and simple to use.

Not a gamer or someone who does a lot of job related work on my laptop. It's fast and the screen is clear and bright. Being able to connect to a HDMI screen and have no lag and detailed picture is a plus. Web browsing and checking emails is very smooth.

Unfortunately this laptop didn't last more than a week so I had to return it. Kind of hard to give a review on something when you have barley used it, but I gave it 2 stars just based on the price point and the fact that it kept freezing on me each time I would open it up to use it. The screen would just be blue for 30+ minutes then I would have to shut it down and restart it several times for it to work properly. If your on a budget this might work for you if your lucky enough to not have the problems I did, otherwise spend a another $50 bucks and get a nicer one.

Bought this laptop too replace my old one. Paid $259 for it. For my usage surfing and editing pictures it's great!

I actually bought this laptop for my nephew who graduated high school and will be starting college in the fall. It is a great buy for a kid just starting. It comes with the antivirus software but wished it came loaded with the Microsoft Office Suite.

I read the reviews and expected more. I am disappointed in the lag time with this computer. Have tried to figure out why, but so far no luck. Runs at 100% disk usage if I try to do two things at once. Internet speed is a nightmare, tried Firefox, Chrome and the usual IE and even Edge. Does not make a difference. My desktop runs great so it is not the connection. Would I purchase this again? No, I would not. I would put out more money and get something that can handle doing multiple tasks. I will start saving for a new laptop and keep this for backups.

I travel a lot and this laptop is great for carrying my data with me. Also, it helps me keep up with friends and family while away from home. Its also great for keeping up with travel details and entertaining while waiting in airports for a flight.
