Fits our needs and was cheap enough. Not a computer geek so the simpler the better for me and my husband.

Good computer, great price, no complaints at all. Good for the beginner to the most experience user.

I choose to NOT do a custom install and regretted it. It was ridiculously slow with MacAfee and all the stuff it loaded at start up. Now I use Google Chrome with adBlock and love it.

Bought this to use with my embroidery because the software won't run with my Mac. I am not used to Windows 10 so that has taken some work. Computer works ok though for what I paid for it.

This is a high end basic computer for an economical price. It does everything the average person needs.

My son had benefitted greatly from this laptop. It has everything he needs to get his assignments done neatly. He will also be able to transition to college with this and still be able to use it to the degree he needs with that learning institution.

First time H-P laptop buyer. Meets our needs. Struggling with Windows 10, but will master it eventually. Needed to replace aging laptop that we couldn't upgrade from Vista. Missing VGA connection, bought USB adapter. So far so Good.

I clearly do not know the difference between a laptop and a notebook. Here you are calling it a laptop but there is a sticker on the product that calls it HP Notebook. Works really well, nice size, I appreciate the number keyboard.

I am slow at getting the format of Windows 10 down, but that is an age problem on my part- not the computers. I like that you can increase the size of the font when you need it.

Definitely a great deal. Bought to replace a much more expensive laptop and do not regret it at all
