Bought this for my son to replace a very old desktop. It will work fine for him, but it's not loaded. Got a great deal so I'd recommend it if you get the same or better deal.

I needed a computer ASAP and I researched several sites and I found this one and it fit my needs. This is a basic computer and is perfect for a small business like mine I live it thank you Best Buy for coming to my rescue.

The computer was on sale for $300 & I did not need anything hi-tech. I am a grad student who would be using it to write papers & do research. The customer rep said it should be sufficient & I should not have any problems. The first time I used it, I became frustrated & immediately returned to the store the next day. It's heavy, bulky, and slow. The keyboard is extremely sensitive. I purchased a Mac & am relieved & happy!

I bought it to replace my old HP touch-screen, the hard drive needs to be replaced, I will get that done because she has been a great PC, I have been using a HP computer for over 15 years and I wouldn't buy any other, I have had great service from Queek Squad, and I love the HP products, my wireless all-in-one printer works great too.

I like this laptop. It is a little bit heavy, old style laptop, but it works good so far. If you look a laptop for work, it is what you need. Fast, with big memory and very good keyboard and screen. I give 4 stars.

A Laptop good for Entry Level Computing, low price point, with average features. A6 Processor, 4 GB RAM and 500 GB Hard Drive, bare minimum for today's computing needs.

I like windows 10 plus 10 key pad. Large screen. Sufficient ram. I wish it had a backlit keyboard. I've never had a touch screen so I'm not to bummed that it doesn't

I bought the same computer about four years ago (It is still going strong) and I am still pleased with this purchase. It does everything that I need and gives me no problems. Even though there are faster computers with more memory, I am able to surf the internet, listen to music, watch videos, write papers, and play some games (not the high tech games) and it only cost $229. I certainly got my money's worth.

Excellent product if you use for office and Internet. Because of the 4 processors it works perfect for general applications but not for heavy use games or applications

Bought for my daughter that is elementary school. great value for the money. a little slow in installing word and office packet, but we will only use with one app at a time.

This was bought for my mother-in-law who does not need the latest and greatest, she watches Netflix, checks her email and does online banking. It fits her needs well.

I scouted this for a while and picked it up for $199. It has a LOT of memory for the price although I'm using it primarily to maintain my iTunes library. I'm. It sure how well it would work for gaming it other purposes.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop that provided enough hard drive space, memory and speed. I settled on this computer and haven't been disappointed. I would recommend this for anyone looking at a low end lap top.

Battery does not hold charge - must have plugged in after one month of usage. You get what you pay for.
