Picked this laptop up for my sister. Price was super. Nice laptop, quick, nice screen.

I have always owned hp computers and have always been extremely happy. But this computer is very cheaply built. It is slow and I am having trouble with the mouse.

This laptop was purchased as a replacement and is a great buy, and priced reasonably.

Good computer, no crashes or system failure. It's used everyday for games and music

This is clearly a basic/entry level computer given its price point. I got it for my wife for basic web browsing, photo albums, DVD player for travel, and iTunes. Sometimes the program's wouldn't even open in the first month. Not sure if it was just glitchy and an update fixed it or what. Curious to see if it continues to happen. If this is the budget you are in it might not be bad depending on what you use it for although I don't know if I would trust it for a main computer.

We had purchased this for my daughters birthday. Day 1 we got the laptop set up which was fairly easy. As we were setting up her laptop I noticed that it was very slow, which was annoying, but it being my daughters 1st laptop I ignored it. Once set up it worked fine and was able to skype her grandparents for her birthday. Day 2: my daughter got up and wanted to play with her laptop, but it absolutely would not connect to the Internet. It kept saying limited access. We did everything known to man to try to get it to connect. Day 3: I took the laptop back to BestBuy and told them what was going on. They were supper amazing in helping me and told me they would exchange it for another one of the same brand. I didn't want to take a chance of it happening again and asked if I could purchase a different one, they helped me in finding a different laptop that was faster and better. So we ended up purchasing a dell. We were in and back out of best buy in under 20 mins! They even gave me free virus protection. This is why I will continue buying everything from Best Buy! Best customer service around!

I has used this laptop for many things but it has helped me greatly with my college courses. I'm in the Air Force and do all of my studies and research on-line and this laptop makes it so easy. Top Notch.

This labtop is as advertised. Lots of memory and just love it. Not too bad of price

Good Computer, plenty of memory, good speed. I have been on it everyday and had no problems. I'm not a big fan of Windows 10 but i am getting used to it.

I have only been using it since April (five months) and it has bee working as well as the OEM (the OEM lasted two and one half years). I hope this one lasts much longer than the original, time will tell.

Love this laptop. Easy to maneuver . Even I can use it and I am a senior citizen.

If you are looking for a product that is simple and straight to the point with strong attributes than this is it. Highly recommended for day to day work. If you are looking for high end this is not for you.

I was pleased with the Lap Top for the price. Help desk was very helpful and nice.

I had chosen this laptop on EBay -put there by BestBuy. When I paid for it I was told the item was not available. I was really disgusted as I knew the one I wanted. I then went to the Best Buy website and purchased it directly. Thought it odd, as I used the same credit card and the sale went through without problems. This Grandma is still learning to use her new laptop. So far so good.
