This was a Christmas gift, we ordered it on line. We received it sooner than expected., so that was terrific. However the disappointment came quickly thereafter. We let the computer warm up for a couple of hours as the outside temp was below zero. Plugged the computer in and charged the battery. We quickly discovered the key board did not work. Called the Geek Squad and they were unable assist us. We ended up taking the computer to the nearest Best Buy to return it, that was 160 mile round trip. I believe if the key board would have worked we would have kept the computer.

The HP Laptop I purchased is a great piece of gear, however, I'm not real thrilled with Windows 10. Its not very user friendly especially for people like myself that are not very computer literate.

I was not in US when I bought this laptop, so its unlikely for me to make a return if its no good. So I deliberately bought a geek squad certified set, as I trusted that a professional reprocessed laptop may be a guarantee. And I am right, this HP laptop super in daily operation. Thanks HP and Best Buy

We bought this for our daughter who is in her second year of college. It has all of the necessary programs that she needs for her classes most of which are done online. She is very happy with it.

Great system for really cheap price. I upgraded the Ram to 16gig. It says it will only take 8gig but 16 works. Really thin and light. 15" screen looks really nice. Fast and responsive. I use it for development in Visual Studio and training videos online as well as surfing the Web- obviously.

I like this laptop a lot. It is easy to use and has product backup info if needed. HP is very good and customer friendly as is Geek Squad. There are a lot of good free software choices, games, etc.

At times unresponsive to keyboard input. Multiple strikes sometimes required. Otherwise it is a good basic computer, and a great value at $200.00.

Average laptop. It does the basics fine. What I don't like- - It has a sticker on the laptop indicating that it has a "fingerprint resistant cover". That's totally not the case. I've never had a laptop that shows fingerprints as much as this one does. Plus the mouse pad area does not always work very well if you are close to the outsides of the squared off area. I probably wouldn't recommend it if someone had more money to spend on a laptop, or if they wanted to do more than the basics, but for those who just need it for the internet etc, it works just fine.

This is a gift for my son who uses it for his middle school, he does not have any complaints, HP laptops are reliable even if they are not that popular nowadays and I got this on sale, I don't think my son has use this to its full potential but he said he played some games with it and it does not hang and the games he plays are interactive and requires a good graphic card

We bought this for the office. It does everything we need from normal everyday office work like using Microsoft Office to using one of our customer service/support ticket software.

Alittle bulky but sturdy laptop. Perfect for work related stuff/browsing the internet not so much gaming, etc.... texture on it is nice and prevents prints when compared to an older model I have.

For the price paid, this is a great laptop. Fan noise, but OK. Used this laptop to replace an aging system Windows that is no longer supported and the difference is night and day. Good for internet. Word.

Bought this laptop for my parents who primarily use it for web surfing and email. Overall, the laptop works very well and meets their needs. It is very responsive and battery lasts a long time.

I purchased this for business purposes. It offers the basics and seem to get the job done. You will have to add lots of software, but for the price of the laptop itself, it definitely works out.

My son loves his new computer and he can even play his games on this one!

Using for a small direct sales business with online parties. Perfect. Not a fan of Edge, but getting used to it. That's technology not Best Buy.

So far so good and it came with a great price. My wife has the same one and she recommended this purchase. I hope the laptop last at least 3 years.

Bought this hp after my Sony Vaio burned out, Easy to use and nice looking

This is a good, inexpensive computer for general tasks, web browsing etc.
