The purchase went smoothly, there were no difficulties setting it up. The Wi Fi setup was seamless and it is working just fine. I would certainly recommend this laptop for everyday use.

This computer has been a great buy for the money. Reliable, boots quickly. Has all the features I've needed for a small home laptop. Does not have lots of goodies, just the basics, but that's all you need for home computing such as letter writing, home book keeping and internet. Highly recommend if you are looking for a no nonsense home use computer.

My son really enjoys his laptop. It had to be ship from the warehouse and it didn't take long at all. He is ready to go to college now and it wasn't hard at all to set his laptop up.

Returned the computer. Best Buy's product search engine selected this computer as a touch screen model; it is not. Rated it as a 3 simply to be nuetral. I have no doubt the computer would have been fine. I've used many computers/laptops and have always drifted towards HP for their quality & reliability. This time it just did not have an option for which I was specifically looking.*** To be fair to HP the product description was accurate. It was simply listed correctly in the search engine, and I missed it at the purchase review.
