I wasn't able to do much research before purchasing this laptop but thankfully I was helped by the staff. This is a great value and it's simple to run.

Lots of updating and removal of useless programs for beginner user. Would recommend geel squad set up or someone knowledgeable or else pure frustration.

extremely slow.... I can't navigate takes too long to boot up. will never purchase this particular model again...

This laptop had everything I needed as far as memory and CPU speed. I did not know that it did not have a Disk drive. Other than that it was great.

Good speed once bloat ware removed. Hard drive is more than enough for normal use. Amd processor runs fine

I had gotten this laptop for my father who has difficulty with his vision and the ability to zoom in on the screen that this laptop has is phenomenal!!

For all the processing power and available memory, this laptop is slow and freezes for long periods of time.

Love it. Brought for my sister who is a student. She needed it for some college summer courses. She will be a senior in high school this school year.

The battery has come loose due to putting it upright in a bag rather than flat. The frame around the screen sounds loose at times due to that as well.

Good quality. Very easy to use and charges quickly.

After I got used to Windows 10, I found it very easy. For what I use it for I like it very much. I like that the bottom of this computer doesn't get burning hot and all the hot air is vented off to the side. Very good feature. It's also quite fast. The finger proof outer and inner keeps it looking nice.

Got this for my daughter, good value for the money.

It is a great starter computer great for school and the everyday use. My kids loved it do far and just having the 10 key on the side is my total fav.

I wanted a low priced computer for travel and this was a perfect choice. Light weight great battery life and fast enough for what it will be used for

We bought 3 and had to exchange 1 because it wouldn't connect to wifi. No other issues, just a cheaper product but a cheap price. Gets the job done!

Only wish is that it came with Microsoft Office alread on it....not as a purchase after trial period ends

Although this laptop was easy to set up and easy to use, it is rather slow. Not a perfect choice for me....

I bought it for my family overseas. I haven't heard any complains from them. I guest it is worth the price.

Good laptop for the price. It does all the things I need to across many platforms from drafting and design, to recording live audio and games.

For $200 it's not a bad little computer. It's not going to win any awards but for simple tasks it does ok.
