I got what I paid for, not as fast as I am used to but for my purposes it is fine, easy to use, set up, etc.

This notebook is not the latest technology but it is solid and easy to use and feels very sturdy. I tend to be hard on my items, as I travel with them, and I wanted something not too delicate

I love my, however, pages move to quick som.etimes

It works good enough for what we brought it to do hut it's slow don't know if it's Comcast or the computer

This laptop is excellent because it has great speed, superb picture quality & an excellent price.

I do not care for windows 10. the computer itself is ok. I wish however I could go back to windows XP.

I'd bought another refurb machine online from newegg, and when it arrived I saw it was Trash. Returned it, checked out open box deals at Bestbuy online. Found a great deal at the store 3 blocks away and picked it up on my way to the post-office to return the newegg trash. It's working great for me.

I purchased this laptop as a gift to a family member.setting it up for them took no time at all and I like that it has multiple language settings

I like HP products, Its a very easy to use. The camera works very well.

Needed a laptop to pay bills, search online, online classes etc. Works great for the basic needs that I have. Not using for gaming.

So far, the user of this laptop has been very happy with it. It is basic but has everything she needs for internet access, word processing, etc.

Price was right. Computer is not good for business use but acceptable for personal email and web surfing.

Bought this laptop for my nephew and it seems to be a decent laptop, nice screen size, major downside I've seen is it seems to get overworked by Windows 10, applying updates was a nightmare when I first bought it, took forever to download them all and when it applied them it took hours to do so.

We bought this laptop to use in the kitchen for surfing the web, recipes, kids homework etc. Easy to use, light weight and priced right!

Like the computer. Don't care for Windows 10. Too many problems with 10 that were not in Windows 7.

This laptop was by far the best value for a new laptop. It does everything I need it for. Would not recommend for a gamer but otherwise great.
